THE GREY LADY
I visited Nanteos on day, and I went to the lounge the wrong way.
As I turned back, a voice said, “Hello Jack”, and there stood the Lady in Grey.
She said, “Don’t be scared, come with me. Sit down on the velvet settee.”
Before I came out I had a bottle of stout, a chat and a nice cup of tea.
But the Lady, so charming and gay, so suddenly vanished away.
I shall never forget that beautiful Lady in Grey.
